How to specify a small powder filling machine
Small does not mean simple. Low-volume powder filling still needs the machine to match the material. Cohesive powders may bridge, dusty powders may need control around the fill point and light powders may need a different screw or agitation setup from dense granules.
The most useful enquiry includes product samples or product details, target fill weight, pack size, daily batch volume and the cleaning/changeover expectation. Those details help prevent under-sizing the machine or choosing a filler that is awkward for the real pack.
