Sachet filling requires pack and product testing
Sachet packs usually have less room for error than jars or tubs. Small pack openings, light powders and low fill weights make screw choice, product feed and static control important.
Because output is often discussed in packs per minute, the final rate must be checked against seal dwell time, film handling, batch coding and whether the product can enter the pack cleanly.
