Premade pouch powder filling specification points
A premade pouch filler must open and hold the pouch before product enters. Fine powders can dust around the seal area, while light powders can settle after filling and change pack appearance.
The machine route depends on pouch size, zipper or feature, fill weight, powder flow and desired output. A pouch sample is especially useful when making a shortlist.
