How jar format changes the filler specification
A powder filler for jars must fit the container, not just the product. Tall containers, small mouths, lightweight tubs and unstable jars all affect machine layout, conveyor handling and fill speed.
For dusty powders, local extraction or controlled nozzles may be needed to keep the closure area clean. For food powders, cleanability, contact parts and changeover should be reviewed with the product range.
